Optimization of transport work is necessary in case uncontrollable growth the described costs. The process optimizing costs at enterprise begins with an analysis current logistics strategy and collection recommendations for its correction. following aspects system company are subject to analysis: method movement goods; choice vehicle type specific model; selection carrier other intermediaries; layout company’s storage terminals. An optimized can reduce cost production sales products increase staff efficiency.
 There three main directions which innovations will ensure reduction cargo passenger transportation: optimal vehicles, optimally located unloading loading points, feasibility own fleet vehicles.
 paper considers possibilities management under condition external influences. illustration algorithm scheme solving optimization problem related initial actions given. possibility using prognostic models shown.
